Delivery Information
- We aim to deliver your order within 5–15 working days of stock arrival. Delivery may take longer in remote locations.
- At the time of ordering, please provide a daytime contact number and email (mobile if possible). The courier will be in direct contact with you to arrange a delivery date.
- Delivery must access a clear space.
- Standard delivery: items brought to your front door.
- Two-man delivery: items carried into your chosen room (does not include unpacking or assembly unless stated).
- Post-code surcharges apply for certain remote areas.

London (Congestion Surcharge) Postcodes: W, WC, N, NW E,EC, SW, SE – £15
Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days from delivery to return items, no reason required. Items must be unused, in original undamaged packaging and in resalable condition.
- For damaged or defective items, we’ll collect and deliver a replacement free of charge.
- Returns must be arranged by emailing us with your order number, photos of the item plus label/packaging details within 14 days of receipt.
- Refunds process within 28 days of us receiving the item (banks may take longer to show the credit).
- Exceptions:
- Mattresses: only returnable if unopened and in original packaging.
- Sale items or warehouse-specials: not refundable.
- Items already assembled: if you assemble them then return them, you may be ineligible for a full refund.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of return.
