We aim to deliver your order within 10–20 working days of stock arrival. Delivery may take longer in remote or island locations.
At the time of ordering, please provide a daytime contact number and email (mobile if possible). We’ll send you a confirmation of date and time 2–3 days beforehand and the driver will attempt a 30-minute call before arrival.
Delivery must access a clear space; drivers wear foot protection and cannot proceed if there are obstacles, carpets or soft flooring left unprotected.
Standard delivery: items brought to your front door.
Two-man delivery: items carried into your chosen room (does not include unpacking or assembly unless stated).
Post-code surcharges apply for certain remote areas — check your location at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return items, no reason required. Items must be unused, in original undamaged packaging and in resalable condition.
For damaged or defective items, we’ll collect and deliver a replacement free of charge.
Returns must be arranged by emailing us with your order number, photos of the item plus label/packaging details within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds process within 28 days of us receiving the item (banks may take longer to show the credit).
Exceptions:
Mattresses: only returnable if unopened and in original packaging.
Sale items or warehouse-specials: not refundable.
Items already assembled: if you assemble them then return them, you may be ineligible for a full refund.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of return.
